✨ Four Everyday Sauces You Can Make at Home (Pure, Fresh & Nourishing)

There’s something deeply grounding about making your own food from scratch — even the little things.

Sauces are one of those pantry items we often buy without thinking twice… but most store versions are filled with preservatives, artificial colours, excess sugar, and ingredients you can’t pronounce.

So today, I’m sharing four simple, clean, homemade sauces you can make in under 10 minutes each.

They taste better, they nourish the body, and they fit perfectly into a wholesome, intentional kitchen.

Let’s get into it. 🥄💛
