All of my products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of the personal-care nature of these items, returns are limited - but I always want you to be happy with your order. Below is everything you need to know.
NO RETURNS ON PERSONAL CARE ITEMS
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, I cannot accept returns on:
Toothpaste
Deodorant
Face creams, lotions, or tallow products
Open or used items
Custom blends or personalized orders
This policy protects all customers and ensures that every product you receive is fresh and uncompromised.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective:
Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging
Your order number
Depending on the situation, I will offer either:
A replacement item
A store credit
I always want to make this right.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item by mistake, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will correct the error at no cost to you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the carrier marks a package as delivered, but you did not receive it:
Check your mail area, porch, community mailbox, or building office
Ask neighbors or household members
Contact your local post office for assistance
Once a package is marked delivered, I cannot guarantee refunds or replacements - but message me and I will do my best to help.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as the order has not shipped or begun production.
After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only when:
An item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced
An incorrect item was sent
A cancellation request was approved before shipping
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
