Below is everything you need to know about how I process and ship your items.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handmade in small batches.
Please allow:
2-4 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and shipped.
This timeline may extend slightly during product launches, sales, or holidays - but I always work as quickly and carefully as possible.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another when it ships.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
I currently ship Canada-wide using reliable carriers with tracking.
Shipping Rates:
Flat-rate shipping: $12 CAD
Free shipping on orders over $60
Local pickup may be available in Kitchener, Ontario (optional)
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally range from:
2-8 business days after the order has shipped.
Once the package is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of my control, but I always provide tracking so you can follow your order's journey.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to higher shipping fees, customs delays, and import taxes depending on the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
PACKAGING
I use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging materials and biodegradable or recyclable fillers whenever possible. Your package will be safely wrapped to protect glass jars, creams, balms, and soap bars.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
Contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items + packaging
I will replace or refund depending on the situation
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete, please check with your household, neighbors, and local post office. Unfortunately, once a carrier marks a package as delivered, I cannot guarantee replacement - but message me and I will always try to help.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to me:
